How much will I actually save?

Do you sell peptides or any other products?
Stack Chat is not the seller. We run a wholesale marketplace inside the community where vetted third-party vendors list their own products. The vendor supplies and ships the goods; we host the listing and handle the order so there is a record on both sides. Your membership fee is for community access and does not include any product.
Is this medical advice?
No. Nothing in the community is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance, and no member or moderator is acting as your clinician. Material shared by members relates to laboratory research use only. Speak to a licensed healthcare professional about anything concerning your health.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, at any time, without contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Because access is granted immediately on payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a billing error, or access you were never able to use — email us and we'll put it right. See the refund policy below.
Who can see that I'm a member?
The community is closed to non-members. You choose your own username, and you're not required to use your real name. We don't publish member lists publicly.
How is my payment handled?
All card payments are processed by Stripe. Stack Chat never receives or stores your full card number.

These terms govern your use of stackchat.pro and social.stackchat.pro (together, "Stack Chat"), operated by Stack Chat ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
What we provide
Stack Chat provides access to a private online community for peptide researchers: discussion forums, chat, member-contributed testing data, a question-and-answer area, and a reference library. Membership also provides access to a wholesale marketplace in which independent third-party vendors list their own products.
The marketplace
Stack Chat is not the seller of any product listed in the marketplace. Vendors are independent third parties. The vendor owns the goods, sets the price, and is responsible for supplying and shipping the order and for the accuracy of its listing. We operate the platform: we vet vendors before they may list, host the listing, process the order, and keep a record of the transaction. Your subscription fee buys community access only and does not include, or pay for, any product. Any purchase from a vendor is a separate transaction paid for separately.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any laws governing research materials in your jurisdiction.

Your account
Keep your login credentials confidential and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Subscription, billing and cancellation
- Membership costs $35.00 USD per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
- You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation prevents future renewals; access continues to the end of the current paid period.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it affects your renewal.
- If a payment fails, access to member areas may be suspended until it's resolved.
Community rules
You agree not to: post unlawful, harassing, or deliberately misleading content; make medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic claims; scrape, resell, or republish member content outside Stack Chat; share your access with non-members; or use the community to advertise or solicit. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.
Member content
You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it within Stack Chat. Member-contributed content reflects the views of the member who posted it, not ours. We don't verify member submissions and make no representation that they are accurate or complete.
Availability
We aim to keep Stack Chat available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. Planned maintenance may cause brief downtime.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Stack Chat is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Stack Chat is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You may stop using Stack Chat at any time by cancelling and closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date, and where required we'll notify members. Continuing to use Stack Chat after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

What we collect
- Account information — the email address and username you register with.
- Content you post — your posts, messages, and uploads within the community.
- Billing information — handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your subscription status and limited details such as the card's last four digits and country. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and log data, used for security and to keep the service running.
How we use it
To create and maintain your account, provide member access, process your subscription, respond to support requests, keep the community secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us operate Stack Chat — currently Stripe (payment processing), our email delivery provider (transactional email such as password resets), and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs. We may also disclose information where legally required.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for logging in and keeping your session secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is open and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. Posts may remain visible in the community after an account closes; contact us if you'd like them removed.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can object to certain processing. Email connect@stackchat.pro and we'll respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Children
Stack Chat is not intended for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling
You can cancel your membership yourself at any time from your account page — no email required, no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and it isn't pro-rated.
Refunds
Membership grants immediate access to digital content, so subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We will, however, issue a refund where:
- you were charged more than once for the same period;
- a technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing member areas and we couldn't resolve it;
- a charge was made after you had already cancelled;
- the law in your jurisdiction requires one.
Requests are reviewed case by case and we try to be reasonable. Email connect@stackchat.pro with your account email and the charge date, and we'll reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first — it's almost always faster than a dispute, and we'd rather fix it directly.
